I found my new workout - Orange Theory. I am completely hooked. Does anyone else do it?
My sister in law and niece do it. They absolutely love it. I have created a home gym in my garage. I have a weight machine (Marcy 150 lb Multifunctional home gym MWM-990 bought off of amazon), free weights, tread mill, exercise ball, mats, pull up bar, and bench for dips. Everything I need. I even bought a portable AC for days that it is super hot. I like it because there is no excuse not to use it. It is in my home. I don't have to drive any where. I can roll out of bed and look like poop and no one cares. LOL. I have a great strength plan created by a personal trainer friend and I do my thing every day. I love it.
Christie, I was working out at home too but not doing the best job keeping myself accountable. I think I have found when I am paying for something and scheduled to attend a class, I am much better at sticking to it. Good for you for setting it all up. Also, kudos to you definitely for your consistency.
Have never Orange Theory, but have heard great things about it.
We should all be exercising. But we should each exercise in the way(s) that work best for us. Sounds like you've found your way.
My "way" is yoga class 2 days/week, a home yoga practice, aquarobics class 3 days a week, mowing and working on our 25 acres, and walking outdoors -- although how much I walk depends on how bloody hot/cold it is outside.

I always drive past an Orange Theory on my way to work, but I've never tried it! It sounds awesome. My one good friend literally goes every morning at 5am. She's obsessed and in amazing shape.
So it's something you buy?

Is this it? So it's a combination of routines?
It's very interesting, helpful info
