I'm not sure I'm doing the photo's correctly.
The BEFORE is my heaviest weight of 240, about a year ago.
I had the VGS on 10/5/17, and and SW was 197.8.
My weight today was 149.4. My GW is 135.
I had all about 17 blood tests and all were normal, so protein & vitamins are working. Still struggle with water/fluid intake.
Thanks to all of you for tips, encouragement and just being on the journey.
