Well I have not been able to tolerate much other than Hot Tea, Soup, water, Popsicles and maybe 1 protein shake a day.
I felt super bloated the first week after surgery with all the fluids still in me so I decided to stay away from the scale.
Tonight at day 15 post op I gave in an weighted myself. I was really shocked. I needed to lose 60 lbs to reach my goal weight of 195 and I've already lost 30 pounds. I honestly hope it slows down as I think that's a lot to lose in just 2-3 weeks.
OH. I wanted to share something I found that I can tolerate and is yummy.. Egg Drop soup from the Chinese restaurant down the street.
