Sorry for the delay in updating, just been a crazy year.
Happy to report that, as of this morning, I reached my goal weight of 200 lbs.
That's a loss of 113 lbs since Nov 1, 2015, which was my surgery date.
If you're still considering doing this, let me give you 3 words of wisdom.
START----THE----PROCESS.
You have all the time in the world to "think about it". Start the process now and regain control of your life.
