Love it! I'm at almost 3 years and get sick and tired of people saying "oh, you're still in the honeymoon phase." Are you kidding me? We've worked hard to maintain our loss and will keep it up! Way to go - five years!!

Fantastic news and hope for all of us..it is a constant awareness that we all need to stay connected to the fact that we made this decision..i am still a work in process..but am still happier than ever that the bulk on me is gone..and that i have a tool to help me make it the rest of the way..keep us updated!! thanks again!!
