It's strange when I read about all the sleevers talk about weight loss. I hear things that are not the same as you might pick up on typical weight loss forum (i.e. HCG, Juicing fasting, Weight Watcher's, etc...).
I will be sleeved in 2 more days and since I am fasting I can relate so easily to non-sleeve section below.
So far from what I have read and interpreted to be different between a sleever and non-sleever when it comes to weight loss is as follows: Please feel free to add your take on this and correct me if I am wrong as I am just trying to observe here...
Non Sleeved and dieting:
I'm starving
My stomach is growling what can I eat.
Food taste so good I want, I want, I want...
Weight loss is happening so slow
Every 3 days hit a plateau
I'm so hungry
Got rid of my clothes and wish I had them again.
Weight gained "again"
So hard to diet
I got on the scale and cried..I gained a pound and ate fruit too late last night..grrrr!
30, 50, 80, 120 to goal....it's depressing!
I've never have hit my goal weight.
Wish there was a magic pill
Exercising...it's embarrassing and I am the biggest person in this person.
I feel so stuffed...ugh!
I cheated....ugh, grrrr...so flippin hard to diet.
This is taking forever to lose weight.
Never took measurements
I over ate..instead of 1200 calories I went to 1500...frustrated.
Drinking my water plus some.....helps with weight loss.
Sleeved and dieting:
I have to remember to eat
Food isn't that appealing
Weight loss is happening so fast
At a 3 week stall
Getting rid of my clothes and never need them again.
Still losing weight
I'm so happy
Wish I could eat a lot again
Hit my goal weight and passed it!
I love to get out and exercise.
I know one bite is all I will be able to handle and I am satisfied!!
Weight loss is happening so fast
Hit a stall
Wish I had taken my measurements
Losing inches
2 years out and started to gain a little bit
Need to get back on plan
I'm try to eat at least 80% protein every day...it's hard.
Need to get my water in..that helps with the weight loss.
