Having gastric sleeve surgery is possibly the best decision I have ever made. As of today I have lost a total of 99 lbs. It has been almost since I started my journey and 4 months since I had surgery. I have gained so much confidence and am extremely proud of myself.

Hi Congrats on you success. I would really appreciate if you can let us know your activity level. How much exercise you do in a week and what kind ( Walking/running/weight training?) I am 3 weeks out lost 24 lb, just started treadmill and did well today, walked for 5 k in hr. Please let us know.

At this point I am working out only a couple day per week. About an hour at a time. I walk on the treadmill at a quick pace for about 20 minutes, then lift weights, and finish up with the treadmill again or the elliptical. I have a pretty physical job chancing kids around and playing with them all day.
