I had surgery on the 18th of March, 2015. I have lost 53 pounds and I am feeling awesome. I love to see the change in my body each week.

Congrats Care... I had my surgery on the 3/25th, a week after you, and I'm almost 5 lbs from my first goal of 170 lbs. I'm hoping to hit the goal before first day of Summer. I have almost a month to get there which I will meet. I'm hoping to continue to lose another 20 lbs before Fall and another 20 lbs end of the year... That's 45 lbs before 2015 ends.

I have increase my activity level and increase my protein intake as well... which is helping. Good luck and keep us updated.
