March 24th 2012!!! That was the day I chose to change for the better!!! Happy sleevaversary to ME!!!! I can say all the things that have changed but I want celebrate all the things I have gained!!! I gained "ME BACK" that girl that has a sassy attitude that speaks her mind that sings out loud (and sounds horrible) and she doesn't care what others think and has a passion for her family and most important herself!!! Second I gained my health back my OUTTA control hyper energy i gained back that athlete inside I gained back a healthy back and strong knees and the incredible endurance I was born with!!! I gained back a passion for exercise and man can I kill it!!! And lastly I gained back the LOVE OF LIFE I truly love my life I couldn't ask for anything better I have a beautiful husband and children that are the most amazing thing my father in heaven gave me!! I have MAINTAINED my health and I plan on living this way for the rest of my life and I will never forget being 300+ lbs and I appreciate everyday for my new found health!!! "I'VE GOT THIS" I'm so grateful for technology and the chance to have a help tool to gain me back!!! HAPPY DAY!!!!

Isn't that the truth!!! I can remember thinking that losing all this weight will take FOREVER!!! I think enjoying the journey and not stressing over the little things makes time fly!!!
