Been quite a while

Well its been some time since I posted anything on here. Im coming up on a few weeks from a year since my surgery and I have to admit, I have been very happy. Im down 150 lbs since my worst weight, I constantly get great comments and my confidence level has been booming. I can't say its been easy on my wife, she feels very self conscious now and feels like a "moose" when we eat together (her words). I hope we can work through that. I still need to get to the gym more because I did lose quite bit of muscle and need to get that back up but Ive been very happy with my success. I have no skin stretching or loose skin ( well other then the good way...tmi, i know but we are adults here). In that category I have much more drive than wifey too so we have some things there were working out but can't complain for the year I had, I love shopping for clothes now and overall very happy, not to sound to cliche, I wish I had done it years ago!

Oh by the way, be careful drinking with your little tummy I found that out the very close to hard way. I was a bit of a heavy drinker in my past and one night I had about 4-5 and came very close to a DWI, stuff hits you a lot quicker nowadays so just be careful

I can't help but wonder if wifey might not benefit from WLS, too.
