I went for a walk last night with my daughter (she is 8) and I suddenly busted out "Let's try and jog". So we did and it felt so good! I am so proud of myself as running was a secret goal of mine.
Attached is a picture of what I looked like though. I know it takes time but I will get there.

That's so fabulous! I've been jogging in spurts during my walks and it IS a great feeling. I'm sure you did NOT look like a beagle-- but I make fun of my zumba look too. Lol. ;-)

I love it! You make the same face as me!!!! I have been doing bits of running too, I started at 2 minutes, then now I am at 5 minutes, this is during my power walking on the treadmill.
