I didn't see where anyone had organized these references here at GS-dot-com, so here's what I've found. Haven't listened to all, by any means, but hitting topics of interest as I have time to listen. Some of these can also be found on iTunes and other feeds (I listen from my Kindle). To my knowledge, they're all free; some are audio only and some are video (but work as audio as they're primarily lecture format).
Now, remember, just as you shouldn't trust everything you see in print, don't take this stuff as medical gospel. In fact, some of the tracks are a few years old, and new data have come to light. Also, sometimes the information is mixed with gastric bypass or banding information, so note that.
