You look fantastic! Over 200 lbs in 11 months is crazy! You'd be rich if you could package up that kind of success in a bottle and sell it. Congrats, you're a inspiration to us all. I love the before and after pics too!
Ann2: Thank you! I'm almost blushing here. I'm 1.68 meters, which translates to about 5 feet 6 inches (?). I usally use metric measurements so I used an online calculator.. =P My BMI is 25,9
Loraw: Thank you so much, it's the greatest feeling ever, beeing able to be an inspiration for someone.
Well, I eat when I'm hungry. I use very litle low fat products, I usually make all my meals from scratch and try to eat as "clean" as posible. I do eat alot of dairy products like cottage cheese and youghurts without sugar/low on sugar. My main thing has been staying away from sugar. I havent had a sip of soda, or a taste of candy/cakes or anything in a year.
I usually eat 5-8 times a day, depending on how hungry I feel that day..
Mhoward0605: Thank you so much! And good luck when it's your turn in just a few days! I spent the first two weeks on a liquid diet. I drank alot of 50/50 water and applejuice with icecubes. I also drank alot of smoothie with banana, mango, proteinenriched youghurt and applejuice. They told me at my hospital that I shouldn't count proteins the first two weeks, but focus on my liquid intake. The next two weeks i ate soft foods, alot of sweet potato mash with some fish to go with it. I bet you'll figure it out and do just fine!
