Hellllo everyone, just wanted to give a quick update. I am almost 2 year out down from 285lbs to 149lbs. I am at a steady weight now and I haven't really been losing or gaining much just a few pounds here and there. I feel great,I am able to eat pretty much anything, still in small portions. I feel better, more energized, happier and healthier. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask!! Now on to the pics!!

7 March:177 - 11 lbs
8 April : 160 17 lbs,

Congrats on your success and thanks for posting the update. Dec 27th will be my 2 year surgerversery too. Like you, I'm doing fine. My weight loss seems to have stabilized around 209 to 215. And I've had no complications and can eat anything I want (with only a few minor grumblings from Frankensleeve).
But I know that if I wanted to put forth the effort, I could lose more weight. Now I feel like I have control over my weight and eating, whereas before surgery, I felt like it was a battle to not gain weight.Check out my Youtube channel I answer your most Frequently Asked Questions
