It's been nearly two years and we went out to dinner for my DH's birthday so I took a picture. Here is my 2-year journey in a visual:
You look great!
"Lee, by "own it!" your daughter means that you should be proud of your accomplishment and understand that you deserve this. Not because you have to pay it forward or backward to justify your own benefits. She means that this is YOUR accomplishment, and accomplishing that for yourself is enough. You do not have to fix everybody. And you do not owe anyone for the benefits you have earned. They are YOURS!" Ann2
You look amazing! Thanks for sharing.

1 month: 25 lost (194-10 day stall)
3 months: 9 lost (173-halfway to goal!)
5 months: 7 lost (161-1week stall)
7 months: 4 lost (152-4 week stall)
9 months: 1 lost (145-1 month stall)
10 months: 0 lost (145-2month stall
14 months: 0 lost (145-7 month stall)
My goal: 145...originally 129 but my body said no!
WOW what a transformation. I am also glad that you have stuck around. Many times after we get in this a year or so we get so busy having a life again that we forget to come in to encourage others. Your words were a big help to me when I first started my journey 15 months ago and I can only hope that I inspire others as I walk my journey. I know so many say that men lose weight faster then women, well if that is true then I must be a woman on the inside. It has been slow process but it has been a process that has worked so I am not complaining at all. I am currently sitting at my lowest weight of my adult life but that is still about 70lbs away from "normal" BMI. Godspeed on your journey.
Ooooh, Truffles!
Thank you for posting these pix. You look GREAT!
And I love your hair in the last picture, too.
You truly are one of my stalwarts here. I value your advice a lot.
Thanks,
Ann
