Default almost 4 weeks out and..

I gotta say, the hardest part is still drinking water. Im so thirsty all the time, I feel like I could drink a gallon at a time but small sips are still painful. Everything else seems to go down fine but water. Very frustrating. I hope that gets easier soon. Also my lack of energy. I still havent gotten that back quite yet. That is also very frustrating. But on the bright side all my clothes fit so much better and everyine is noticing. I'm noticing small stuff like. Crossing my legs is easier, shaving and sitting in those god awful plastic chairs! I actually fit now without my hips sticking out the sides! Subways tuna mixture has been amazing btw. My kids like tuna subs and they will give me 'double meat' and put the extra scoops in a soup container and only charge me like a 1.50 for it. Cheap lunch! I cant even eat it all but its real good and good protien. Sorry for typos and or bad grammer, im on my phine and its kind of hard to type well haha. Hope everyone had a good holiday!

Hang in there, you will get more energy as the weeks go by. It took me several months to gain regain some energy. As far as water, I'm 9 and a half months out and still can't get in all my water. If I can get down 30 ounces of water then it's a pretty good day. LOL
    Best of luck!

Thanks guys! If I literally have a glass in my hand all day sipping constantly I can get my water in. But it also seems to make me nauseous or give me heartburn too! I filter my water to in case it's stuff thats in it that does that. Also, those calcium chews are starting to disgust me. And I need 5 a day! I really want to do everything right and get all my nutrients and be hydrated. Most things are getting easier it seems except the important stuff!
