    ok...so its been 15 months since the surgery and I am still losing. I have gotten so many "you look great"s and "Ididnt even recognize you"'s that I keep going. Very encouraging! I started at 455 and am at 274 today. VERY HAPPY. Dr. Almanza is awesome!!! I know he may have a knock or two on here, but you cant do over 5,000 surgeries and make everyone happy. He is more qualified than any other surgeon in the US when it comes to the Gastric Sleeve and... he has the lowest death rate (sounds morbid, but it is reality...some people die)
