in a lot of pain

I am 2 wks post op and I know I am going to have pain but for some reason just the incision above my belly button has been hurting so bad at times that I can not even stand up. I'm not sure how much everyone else rested after surgery but I think I only rested the day I was in the hospital and the day after then ive been on the go since then. maybe that has a lot to do with it. if anyone has similar situation please let me know. Thank you
