    Hi Melinda - I think that you can have sugar free DECAF cappaccino. My dr. is very strict and says that no caffeine is allowed at all. You can also flavor with Toriani sugar free syrup or others. I have a delicious SF chocolate syrup that I bought in the Supermarket made by U-Bet - you can have fun adding it to SF cool whip, pudding or whatever!
