Hi, Mema, I would love to. The first month was the roughest, trying to get used to a liquid diet and often forcing myself to drink to try to keep hydrated. I'm 2 months out, and I noticed a HUGE difference in my energy. I'm still fighting to get enough to drink, but it gets better with time. I also started working out, which has helped a lot! I think I made the best decision ever for my health, I know that it's hard but hang in there, it will get better!
