Was sleeved on Tuesday 11/5/13, 5 days post op, stayed in the hospital til Thursday due to nausea and my sugar readings being high. Weighed in Monday was 187 weighed in yesterday 180 "yet I'm still bloated" still in some pain but yet I can't sit still did a little bit of laundry and washed a few dishes.did my lite walking. Started full liquids baby cereal for bkfst . Gonna have creamed soup for lunch see how that goes.. I can honestly say the Kidz eating pizza, mcdonalds, Taco Bell

I have 4 days to go Ive already registered at the hospital they have given me the soap to scrub the day before and day of surgery. Well this 2nd week I realized I'm not losing weight I'm losing inches, well I've only lost 4 lbs. I drink a lot of water mostly after work"I get off at 2pm" & I can drink several bottles of water... but yet i realized I'm constipated.
Anyone go tru this or have an suggestions it's starting to creep me out..

Stomach cleanse ??

Just out of curiosity is everyone just doing the pre-op diet..
Or also doing a cleanse? I'm only curious one person I know had to take sine medication to clean her system .. And another did not have to take anything other than the pre op diet ..

Good Morning Peeps

Made it through the first day of the pre-op diet. went home from work at 3:30 with a major headache.. took a nap and felt a little better seen a few comments on my last post..I did forget i could have chicken bouillon and sugar free jello & posicles so im gonna get some, maybe that will help out a with my hunger issues.. and yet Im sure the headaches are from not having all that normal sugar one loves to have on a daily basis.. we wont mention NO COFFEE.. i so

2 week liquid diet

Manic Monday as always. Today I start my 2 wk liquid diet. My day starts early at 3:30a work at 5:00am. so i have a longer days. so i was told 3 shakes "Premier Protein" 2 eggs how ever i wanted them, and string cheese. and lots of liquids "clear liquids" with 5grams or less sugar and only 60grams of sugar daily.. Im already scared of screwing up. Challenging as it may be for me i hope I can over come this..
