It's been 7 weeks since my surgery, I have lost 32lbs so far. Not bad. I found that in my case is better to cook a meal with chopped protein meats instead of a whole piece which I could hardly eat entirely. Also I being on two stall periods, 15 days the longest one and first. I was worried but then I read Its a natural thing so I guess my body is adjusting or maybe thinking Im starving. I will start on the gym to do some cardio next week.

On my day 15 after surgery I notice something If I overeat a little I feel the urge for sneezing, I keep doing it until I throw
out. Any comments on this ?

Today on my 3rd day my drain and IV were removed, still have a terrible gas issue. I was told to walk which i did but still have the same pain. One of the coordinators told me tomorrow we'll get some Gas X strips. My diet today, 450 ml of Gatorade and to chicken broth. I'm able to walk with no problems at all and fell great aside from the gas issue.

Everything went well !
Arriving into my room at the Tijuana Marriott was great, great hotel, great room, then I went down to get my chicken broth and my ice Popsicle. I got pick up at 7am and went to the Mi Doctor Clinic, we had all our blood test and EKG done. My room was comfortable, tv set, private restroom. I got the visit from the doctor who explained everything, also de most important Dr. who is the anesthesiologist and reassured me of everything, also got a visit from the internist. Wao, what a servce. I was the first guy for getting the sleeve done, got fully prep with special socks, a robe, etc. I was given the solutions and 3 hours later they were awaking me to get me into my room. Felt very drunk feeling and some discomfort on the draining spot. During the whole night the nurses came to check he IV solutions and giving me meds through it. Today I got my first shower and Im ready for my X Ray to check for any leaks. Great experience so far. Better service than expected. I feel great and I am able to walk in the pass-away in order to keep the gases pains at bay. Thank you all for your messages, I hope everything goes well for you as well.

Good luck tomarrow, your must be on your way by now. Best wishes and hope you have a speedy recovery. I m scheduled for a little over a week 11-24. Keep us posted when you feel up to it.
