surgery is january 9th

my surgery is in 2 weeks and i'm pretty nervous. this is definitely something i want but i'm scared that if i can't do it now, how will i be able to do it after? i'm scared for the actual post op pains and learning what my body will be able to tolerate. i HATE throwing up. i'm also very picky with food.
does anyone know if isopure freezes? i was hoping to make popsicles with it. my nutritionist suggested jello, which is fine, but i just thought about the popsicle thing.
