got down to 344 but im back to 347-348 definitely can tell a difference in wearing my duty belt at work its has more slack lol

congrats on your progress. It is so cool to hear about others successes. Keep it up.

You should be replacing clothes pretty quickly. You will feel so good when you start to see the change in clothes and how new sizes improve your appearance. As a guy, I never was to concerned about clothes but having clothes literally hangin off you affects your outlook and then improves once you get clothes that fit better. That is when people really start to mention and notice the changes.

been at a stall lately. gonna try and weigh tomorrow possibly. about 11 days ago I was at 285. that's 98 pounds down total from my preop appointment. Im hoping ive hit the 100 pound lost mark but I dunno if I have or not

broke the 100 pound mark. actually got down 103 total. only about 60 more to go !!
