I am curious to know if anyone waist trains after all the weight loss?
I don't know either. So I guess I don't do it.
It's a Victorian concept ... wearing a very tight, laced-up corset to achieve a smaller waistline.

No, I don't do that.

Like Scarlett O'Hara?
Yup. Although I think they hook up, not lace up. They go above / below the waist. In the 1950s we called them "waist cinchers."
But these aren't worn just for a single day or night or event when you're trying to squeeze into a formal or wedding dress -- they're worn every day, in the hopes that your waistline will morph into a smaller circumference permanently for at least as long as you're wearing the corset regularly.
I hesitate to give KK any more links, but here she is in one of those suckers:

I think if you did that you would feel more comfortable. I know after surgery I had to sleep on my back for weeks and initially that was hard but I soon became used to it and still sleep that way now. But sleeping on my side was hard after surgery. I found that if I bunched the blanket up to put pressure on my front then it helped a lot. For women, this sounds like a good alternative! I little pressure around the mid section might feel quite nice.
I thought about it..haha... but decided that life is just too short to worry about this kind of thing. My waist is 30 inches...ehh... good enough.
It is also a bit concerning that the way this works is my compressing your bones etc, it does not get rid of fat or loose skin really. Read up on it if you aren't sure.

If you meant weight training - yes, but do not wait til after all the loss. Start yesterday.
I bought one off Amazon to see what all the fuss is about. I tried it on for the first time two days ago. I think I prefer breathing over waist cinching. 20150316_131210-1.jpg
