    Default I made it!

    Hi friends,

I made it through surgery very smoothly. I have not had any nausea or much pain at all. They are keeping me ahead of the ball game on pain medication so I don't have to needlessly be in pain. My incision sites look good and I just did about 7 laps around the floor walking with no problems! Thank you ALL for your support and encouragement. This has not been nearly as tough as I expected. I took the leak test and passed (without any nausea or vomiting!). So far, so good! Now my 30 minutes per day walking for everyday for the rest of my life starts Monday. Speaking of rest of my life - I am so looking forward to what the future holds. Thanks again and I will keep you posted!

Wayne I want to welcome you to the losers bench. For the first time in my life I was happy to be a loser when I had my surgery. Being a "loser" took a on a whole different meaning, LOL. Godspeed to you on your journey.
