Hello! I hust wanted to check in since it has been awhile. I have been lurking around and see a lot of great work going on! Congratulations to those of you who are keeping on keeping on through a very tough but rewarding process. I wanted to encourage those struggling (and no matter who you are, we ALL struggle some days!) that you only stop losing if you make up your mind to stop. I have to tell myself that too. I had originally thought that after a year, I wouldn't be able to lose more and was really down, but since June, I have lost another 10 lbs! I try to get as much activity into every day. Don't really have an excercise program perse, but my job opincorporates a lot of walking. I have been trying to run up the stairs in one of my schools and do not avoid them like back in the old days. It was awesome last week when I worked all day, then helped out at. homecoming and my feet and back didn't hurt at all! This encourages more activity when you still feel good, and burns more calories. When I sit too much, it seems like the loss stops.
Well, gotta get ready for work. Just wanted to say hi and DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!!! 7 more to go to reach my goal! Whoo hoo!!
