Water stretching

Can water stretch my stomach again? I wait 30 minutes before and after a meal to drink water, but can't drink a lot. I am also afraid if I drink a lot of water that it will make my stomach bigger again.

I have looked on a few websites, and some say it does and others say it doesn't.

I don't believe it will stretch it. You do not want to become dehydrated. That is why you must sip sip sip. It will go thru just fine. They don't want you drinking when eating as it pushes the food through to fast and you won't get the nutrients from it as you need to. So not within in 30 minutes either way of eating according to my nutritionist. Dehydration can be a bad thing also. Please check with your nutritionist.

I try drinking but i get full really fast. I got used to my pee being white and not yellow. Haha.

I think everyone is sometimes worried of going into old habits and stretching the stomach.

I was told over time if you eat and drink at the same time it will stretch your stomach. But only if you do it everyday, Everytime you eat. That the fluid and food together will cause stretching.

So with drinking only, it never stretches your stomach? I am just worried because it gives me the same full feeling like when I eat.

Water will move through your sleeve very quickly. And if you do exceed your capacity, I think it is more likely to fill your esophagus all the way up to the back of your tongue before it stretches your sleeve.
