I am a 46yr old male standing 5"11" tall and was s weighing 134kilos with sleep apnoea, I went on a 2 week diet prop and list 4 kilos to 130Kilos. had surgery on Dec 12th and now been 2 weeks 2 days post opp. I am eating soft foods and drinking 2 t 3 protein shakes per day. I recommend drinking high protein low calories shakes daily. you can add blueberries and other berries to help with antioxides to your diet. Today 28th of Dec 2013 I am at 120 Kilos and my goal is to be at 115 Kilos by 13th of January 2013 with my goal of 85 to 90 Kilos by Sept 2014.
