Happy Friday! Hope everyone has a great weekend. Getting together with my "sleeve-sisters" tonight for happy hour!

L: ordering out today, probably mini crabcakes on side salad, chipotle sauce (yummy)
D: dirty martini, and a sharing of appetizers ( 4 sleeve-sisters probably sharing 3 appetizers
S: coffee, Wasa cracker w/almond butter & sf strawberry jelly

Morning Everyone! It's Monday and it's a hot week ahead in NJ

B: usual
L: taking a co-worker out to lunch as she resigned. Probably a salad of some type
D: having a little birthday party at my house for my niece. Ordered a hoagie tray, but I'll also have fresh tomatoes w/mozzarella, basil & balsamic, roasted veggies, cheese/crackers; so really don't have much of a plan. I'll probably eat some of the meat out of the hoagie (chicken cutlets w/broccoli rabe, roasted peppers sounds good)
S: bday cake (small piece), coffee

Busy week ahead, not one free night and that's not the way I like my week to go. Going to get up this week early to exercise, as it's going to be way too hot to walk at lunch or after work. Hope everyone has a "speedy Monday"

D: deli flat made into a pizza. Meatballs slices thinly, 45 calorie slice provolone, fresh basil; side baby green salad

L - half of Jason's Deli nutty chicken salad, raspberry vinaigrette

Cocktail party - 5 ounces chardonnay and a few bites of passed appetizers

This was yesterday; sweet cravings:

B: Sonic Jr. burrito, no tortilla, picked off most of the sausage, grape jelly
L: Gyro - Lamb gyro meat-4 oz, lettuce, tomato, ate a pinch of the pita, left the rest. Ate on this for 3 hrs and couldn't quite finish all the insides.
D: Dannon lite strawberry cheesecake yogurt
S: KIND peanut butter dark chocolate granola bar, 4oz chocolate Yogurt from Counter Culture, 1/2 mini Mr. Goodbar.
43 oz water, Cindy Crawford meaningful beauty women's multi vit.

726 calories, 40g protein. My fitness pal said I was almost at the Sugar Max for the day (4g to max) but it wanted more calories. Day before I ate better with 62 gr protein, but calories was only 507. I'm not real sure how to add calories without carbs. Maybe I shouldn't worry about it just yet, just wait til after goal/maintenance(?); I feel fine now.

Ann, we've all had them and the "red wine" makes me think it is beyond that kind of day...lol... I'm used to the Chardonnay! I'm being tempted by walnut/raisin cinnamon buns in the kitchen at work. I keep picking off the nuts and really want the whole thing. Not doing it though, at least not today

Thanks, jerzeygirl. It's not really a *bad* day -- but just one of those days when I can't figure out how to find time to cook what I'd planned to eat today. So pizza, it is. Twice. Still, thanks to my protein-y snacks I'm going to get in 91 grams of protein (I'd like 100 grams, but what the hell ... I'll take 91).

I've had far worse days.
