Hey all. hope everyone is doing ok. I am bushed. Have been burning the candle at both ends lately. Still have the quilt show coming up Labor day weekend, then hopefully will get a rest.

B - coffee
L - blackened redfish, roasted tomatoes, squash casserole
D - Lemon Chicken breast, squash casserole, naan

B - skinny latte and GNC Lean 25 protein shake

L - Deli ham sandwich, baby carrots

D - Baked chicken breast, green beans with bacon, baked sweet potato, sugar-free orange marmalade

Snacks - Apple and cheddar cheese; wasa cracker and cheddar cheese; Greek vanilla yogurt and blueberries

My husband's car is in the repair shop, so he's been taking me to work. I kind of miss my regular morning ride, and it's messing with my "chi." Guess I'm a creature of habit at my age.
I'm facilitating my local support group tonight talking about the "Fact or Fiction" of WLS.

B: usual
L: salmon on chopped salad w/babybel cheese, scallions and some radishes
D: not sure as the support group is over at 7:45 or so and after cleaning up, I get home late. Trying to convince my friends to go over to the local restaurant next door for a quick bite
S: depends on what's for dinner

Ann, it's a power point presentation, but I might just send it to you or figure out how to post it as a "thread." It's only 6 slides, so I'll collaborate with some "techy" person at work to help me post it appropriately. I wish you lived closer and were part of our group.

Morning all! I'm going to try to put the link for the powerpoint presentation I used last night at the support group. It's too darn hard to try to export into a document...lol... I love the local support groups and feel so honored to be able to facilitate. The attendees are so supportive of each other and even offer to stay afterwards to talk to someone who might need a little extra support. Great group of people

D: going to Happy Hour with my "sleeve-sister". Probably some shrimp cocktail, and another selection of appetizers along with a blue cheese martini
S: granny smith apple w/pb
2 cups of coffee somewhere within the day
80 ounces water throughout the day. I work with a young girl who always tells me "Party girls, hydrate", so guess I'm a party girl lol...

TGIF!!! Been a long busy week, and looking forward to the weekend. Next week only working 4 days w/4 days off

B: picked up hubby's car at repair shop so stopped at dunkin donuts. Had veggie egg white on flatbread (which I didn't eat the bread) w/1/2 slice taylor pork roll (jerzey thing)
L: might order chicken cheese steak minus the roll and side salad or mini crabackes without the bun, side salad (no time to make lunch today)
D: who knows, going to mall after work might stop and have either a taco salad, minus shell or Chick Fil A grilled nuggets.
S: coffee, pear, coconut vanilla yogurt w/strawberries

Morning all. I had a busy weekend, with not much time for meal planning which never makes for the best eating for the days. I had a great weekend though, and now it's back to business. I find that when I'm really busy and don't plan, I just pick on foods; not eating too much, but the wrong types of food, i.e., chips, crackers, salsa/chips, etc.

B: usual
L: London broil on chopped salad, onions, radishes, and some feta cheese. OPA greek yogurt dressing
D: going to make spaghetti squash, homemade marinara sauce, chicken meatballs
S: coffee, Fiber One chocolate brownie, or apple/pb
