Sleeved Rn, I do TRX, spinning, and treadmill. I worked myself up to a 10 minute mile. When the weather is nice I try to walk 1.5 miles during my half hour lunch. I have had stalls and the can be frustrating, but during stalls I have lost inches. Sometimes your body needs to recuperate from the fast pace f weight loss

You look great. You should be really proud.
You look absolutely fabulous! I get my surgery Monday, Dec. 16th. I'm getting nervous, but excited. Question... Did you have your gallbladder removed during your surgery? Was that an option for you? My doctor has given me that option; but I am not sure if I want to do so or not. I have heard both pros & cons about doing so. Do you have any thoughts on it?
