I had no problems. I stayed in hospital overnite and was ready to go home the next. Stayed home the following day then back to normal after that.

Weight Watchers is great if you can make it work for you. It's just like the sleeve, it will only work for you if you put forth the effort to make it work or you will be right back where you started.
