Happy Birthday...

I am not eating like you yet... I have been doing the nextar and mixing it with Crystal light to get it to sweetn up... it works well. I had a scramble egg yesterday and it was oK. I did eat some cheese last week and it went good. Otherwise protein and water. But I did have a little bit of a hamburger (just the meat) I have not started to eat anything else. My dr said I could stay on protein shakes as long as it was keeping me full... I do eat soup (i try to eat it once a day to keep me eating dinner with the family).

Hey --- I am doing OK too... I was at a stall also but now I think I am strarting to come off it. I am doing OK otherwise. I have been thinking about starting a boot camp thing three days a week to see how much it can increase my weight loss.. almost 50lbs but i keep bouncing around... so I guess if I can lose 40 - 50 lbs again next month I will be a happy camper!

Have you started any excersie? what are you eating daily?

Here is the funny part, my BMI is to low for my shc insurance to pay. I am getting diabetes and weigh 186. Dr Blackstone is the best, but I am going to Dr Almanza. Wish me luck and let me know how things are going. If you want to have a friend here in this heat hole going through this journey let me know.

Once i got the biopsy out of the way i've not been quite as nervous about it, i slept more last night than i expect to and am the "hope for the best but prepare for the worst" kind of girl so now we just wait. I've always been a firm believer that things happen when they're suppose to in the time they're meant to happen so i'm holding onto that thought now. If all goes well i could still be sleeved next week so **FINGERS CROSSED**!!! I'll keep you updated!

I am in the same boat as you! Can't believe it is just a few days away. Just going through the motions. I just want it to be here a start over to! Just struggling a little today, all I want to do is sleep. I have a paper due on Monday and I don't even want to do it. Oh well I hope it is a better day tomorrow.

wow trish your daughter looks just like u!beautiful. i had my sleeve wed and am feeling great .im back to work as a live in home aide but takin it easy. yes this site has been a fabulous support for me and is and will be for so many others!
