Hey Friends, really need some help I was suppose to start my 2 week pre op diet this past Friday, and have failed to do so. I really need some advice on what worked for folks to drink that made them feel full. I am trying to get it right starting now, for my surgery is less than two weeks away.

Just curious....How much is it costing in North Carolina? Im going to Mexico bc my insurance wont pay for it...im ok with Mexico but wondering if its cheaper around here after i pay airfare and hotel stays and surgery - just wondering?

hey hey I can vote for that. I know most of the time we were thin but somehow life gets out of control. you are wishing for what we all want....to keep it off. After all if we are going thru this we hope and pray we can make it all change and stay that way.

Hey Family I am looking forward to becoming a part of the sleeve family. I need to get control of my life and keep weight off once I get rid of it. I want to be an athlete again and be able to some of the things I use to do.
