I drank alot of power aid zero and protein shots they have them at walmart and gnc . I still take extra co q 10 and iron. I hope this helps . Take care and nap when you have a chance. Stacey

Thanks so much for the encouragement! I'm only nervous about the fatigue afterwards, and being able to get my protein and fluids in daily. I work Monday thru Friday as a nurse manager, we are often too busy to eat or drink..
