Biography:

I was always extremely slender, until around eight years ago, when I split from my long term partner. I have run my own business for many years, enjoy socialising, am considered a good cook, but just lately, I have begun feeling very bad about the fat lady in the mirror. I have gone from a size ten to a size 22 and doubled my bodyweight. I am going for a gastric sleeve and have started the program today. Surgery will follow in around three weeks. I feel quite daunted.
