    I am pretty much back to normal as in I eat what ever I want and it doesn't upset my tummy. I try and watch my carb intake mostly.
    I lost a crap ton of hair at 2 different times. 3 moths out I lost it and and again at about 6 months. Never lost it where it was visible but I could feel it for sure. But it's all grown back now and I freaked out also when it first happened but it does come back. Take Biotin 5mg that's what I do and it's nice and healthy.

    Conrats on making the choice to change your life. I was sleeved Jan 12,2013 and it was the best thing I could have done. I am part of a great support goup on Facebook. I am scheduled for surgery May 10th in mexico... Still have questions that i can't seem to find answers to....

1. how/when does your body know to stop loosing weight?? I am 245...I want to be 140...not 115 or 105... I believe once I drop below 140 I start to look bad... I have done it a cpl of times but can't never keep the weight off...Soon as I stop dieting I gain all my weight back plus some...
