I think I need some help!

I had surgery back at the end of August. Since then, I lost around 115 pounds and feel great about that. However, about two months ago, I found that I had to stop walking due to really painful hips - could not pick my foot off the ground...not even an inch! Since I stopped walking, my hips have been much better, but I think I picked up some bad habits during this time.

Nutrisystem program post-surgery

Hi everyone,

I searched for this topic, but nothing came up. Has anyone got any insight into using a diet system like nutrisystem after one is four to five months post surgery? Portions are small, meals are high in protein. Carbs are based on glycemic indexing. What is there to not like about this kind of eating? Any suggestions or insights? I have not started this, but I am curious if anyone, or anyone you know who has had the surgery, ever tried it ... And the results.

My Update

Surgery was 30 August so I am out about 10 weeks now. Lost a grand total of 97 pounds and have my 3rd doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. I have not had any issues with solid foods and pretty much feel I could eat almost anything...if I had a desire for it, but, frankly, I don't desire much in the way of food. Actually, that's where my only probably has come in. Take today, for instance. I have not eaten any food yet and its 5:00 p.m.. I had a "Pure Protein" drink that I order
