Its been a while since I've been on....things are going soooo well. Could not be happier, even though there were some rough spots!! Have not been able to eat salad, last time I tried was two weeks ago, so I'm going to try that again this afternoon! I'm using 30gram protein bars to help my intake when I need it but for the most part I'm getting all my protein in from actual food. I'm trying to increase my calories up to 900, hard to do with real food and not cookies or chocolate like before! I've gone from size 14-16 clothes to 10 dress clothing and 8 jeans....amazing! I hope everyone will experience the joy that I have found from this amazing process. Yes, there were some really rough days when I wondered what the heck I had done to myself....but as time finally passed it all got so much easier....do not ever give up in this program!! I just got ice chips YAYYYYYY LOL I'm still not even hungry though......have not had anything to eat since night before last night.....wow.

Hello everyone!!! I'm actually doing very well....all that worry for nothing! I had to have scar tissue removed from a prior surgery and I swear that is all that hurts. The care I've received here is unbelievable.... I'm sore yes, but pain NO, and I just a visit from the surgeon and they will start me on ice chips in a few minutes, and then the drainage tube will come out late this afternoon or tomorrow. I can speak more highly of the group I chose to go with to have this done. Thank you all so much for the prayers well wishes....it certainly does mean alot!! I hope you all have a blessed day!!!
