What exercising are or were you doing at 3 weeks post op??
Ive been walking. Now doing hip hop abs, till I get zumba dvds. Im getting tired of the protein shakes. Mixing up the drinks mixes walmrt brand, and crystal light drinks, hawian punch and water. Foods still cream soups cottage cheese, added oatmeal chili vegetable soup grapes cubed cheese peanut butter.
But since Im feeling better thought I could add some other exercising and since Im eating more things.

I dont know if I am bored or actually hungry. I do know I am getting bored with soups and liquids. Find myself when bored I head to the kitchen wth..!! I need a happy medium. Any suggestions ? What schedules do you go by for liquids and food at 3 weeks post op? Maybe its time to switch it up . Or am I listening to my mind playing tricks on me. O Lord give me strength. Thank you and Amen

I had my surgery on sept 26th. Ive done the roller coaster and didnt realize how I eat or ate , I should say. Ive had days where I just cried at everything . At first I had the hardest time getting all the protein and liquids needed too. But you come on here and we find everyone going thru the same steps wether good bad and then feel better about the stage we may be in . And I wanted to say THANKS to my invisible support!!!! and say We can do this!!!

Sleeping arrangements haha...it works though. I use pillow behind me so I didnt forget and try to rollover too fast and under my stomach to help with the pull of gravity. I can definitely tell the difference on days when I get more in. But still not at 64 oz a day that is extremely hard for me rrrgggg it is frustrating but never one to give up!!

Thought I woulde give an update. If anyone has suggestions Im game. Ive gotten in20 oz of protein, 16oz water, 4 meals cottage cheese baby stage 1 food pears twice, sugar free pudding with activ in it, beef stew broth. How the hell am I to get 64oz in Ihave no idea. The other thing is my stomach is still bloated, I get cramping occasionally, sometimes its gas moving up or down. Other times Im not real sure. But defintely glad to see some of the swelling going down. I had lost 13 pounds by day
