Hi everyone...I DID IT!!!! I am so happy,it wasn't that bad I was feeling good the day after surgery,I keep waiting on some serious pain or Gas and I didn't feel none of that...the only problem I had was my sugar kept going up. They said it was from the stress of the surgery so I had to stay in hospital for 2 extra days. But all n all it went well..I am sooooooo happy,and I lost 7lbs already and Wednesday made a week since my surgery,SO FAR SO GOOD!!! I am getting burnt out on those Liquids and
Shrinking the Liver

What shrinks the Liver?? Is it the protein shakes or the liquid diet...someone said since chicken broth has so much sodium in it thats what shrinks the Liver the salt?

With the liquid diet can you eat like canned butter beans put in blender and liquidfied???
