4 months post-op

I'm down 51 lbs. from my pre-surgical weight!!! OMG...I feel so much better, I look better, I'm LOVING wearing smaller clothes.

I love my new eating habits. I make healthy choices (99% of the time, lol), but I don't deprive myself either. I can comfortably eat 1/2 cup of food. This journey has been amazing. I still have about 40 lbs. to lose to get to my goal weight, but I'm thrilled at where I am! 16.1.JPG0.1.JPG

You look lovely. And youve done brilliantly. I wish I could get on a roll. Seem to be stuck at the moment but I know it has to come off some time. Especially as we can't eat like we used to pre sleeve
