Default Oh my ticker looks so sad...

I had to adjust it to reflect the real number so hopefully now I can watch it go down again.

    Don't sweat it.
How long did it take to put the weight on? Why should it come back off faster? (even if we want it to )

Slumps, plateaus, setbacks, we all have them. This is NOT a race, don't be drawn into the "I have to loose this much per week/month/whatever" mindset, just stay on the path and continue the journey to a healthier you.

I'm sure I'm missing some details, one of your other posts seems to suggest you've had some other health issues. Hope you're feeling better.

    Thanks Denny

I had to have my gallbladder out on Wednesday night. I gained 10 lbs in fluids and gasses overnight. I feel like I am carrying a 10lbs rock in my belly right now.

Oh hell, girl! even more reason not to panic over it!! That's just fluids and those pounds will be gone in a few days - and probably take some friends with them to boot!

Glad you're ok after the gallbladder. That's one of the few things I worry about with my surgery. My mother had problems with hers when she was pregnant with me. 4-5 years ago I had some gallbladder attacks, but did not get it removed. So, family history and prior symptoms... Figuring about a 90% chance I'll have issues as I loose the weight.
