I'm just past six weeks post surgery, and I'm finally able to tolerate regular food well, and feel really back to normal. its really great because even though I am only eating very small amounts compared to before surgery, I am full and don't feel deprived in the least. You need to look at the goal, that you will be thinner and healthier. I have never been so glad to be eating so little.

Welcome to the family Allie! You will find great information and encouragement here! I wish i would have discovered it during my wait instead of after! But, I so enjoy it now that I am 5 weeks post op... wow time flies!!!

Trust me not so long ago, I had almost 12 months to wait before my health insurance kicked in.Then I blinked and was sitting in the Dr's surgery for my second apt.
Now I am 2 weeks away from my big day and I can not believe it went so fast.Stay with us and join us on our journeys, we can help and support each other and best of all we all understand.
