im 10monts out from my surgery, and havent lost ANY weight in 2, almost 3 months, i am eating very little still , not that i expected to eat much but i cant believe that i havent lost anything in so long, i wanted to be at my goalbychristmas but clearly thats not gonna happen. and suggestion would be great!! thankyou all and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

I know you say you're eating very little but what does a typical day look like for you?

the smaller you get the stalls are going to last longer and the weight is going to be harder to get off you need to change up your diet again maybe go backm on liquids for a bit until and drink more protein and change exercise good luck nice weight loss

I know I'm only a few months out so I don't have any real credibility here in the long term, but so far I'm finding zig zag dieting with the random higher calorie day jump starting my metabolism and getting my plateaus moving. It's happened a few times now and if I go from the regular 600-800 cal day, to 1100-1200 for a day or two and then the day after I have a 2-3 lb drop and it kick starts the losses again. Also up the protein doing that.

I know it's dishearting that you've not lost for a while...but..........Look @ what you have accomplished! 86 lbs in 8 months! That's something to be very happy about

That's over 10 lbs a month average. You are so close to your goal. Give yourself a pat on the back, enjoy the holidays and before you know it you will lose those last 27 lbs......it just may take longer for those last lbs to come on off. Yay you!!!!!!!
