I am getting the Sleeve in 10 days, start my liquid diet in 2.5/ days, and I'm pumped!
Any tips for good shakes on my Protein Liquid diet?
Or any help in general, especially about what to do and what not to do!

Without knowing anything but your age, being a mom I worry with you being so young. You have not stopped growing yet and many overweight teens grow up being a healthy weight. That being said, your dr knows everything they need to know and I would hope do what is best for you. Just do as your dr has told you, know is road is not an easy one and takes a lot of work still. It is work you will have to do the rest of your life but will be worth it in the end. If you already have health issues due to your weight as your weight drops you will see these going away. I wish you the best in your journey and keep us updated!
Best wishes for you dollie! You are certainly brave and although I do worry about you being so young...I can only assume that your doctor and your parent(s) have a handle on your situation
The easiest shakes for me to drink were the ready to drink boxed EAS Myoplex lite shakes. I used AnyWhey too - it's almost unflavored, but if you add PB2 to it (you can get that at amazon.com) it tastes like a peanut butter shake. yummm...
DO:
Listen to your doctor
Take it slow - take tiny sips of everything you put in your mouth, and do it very often!
Stay hydrated!
Water down everything for the first couple of weeks
Take your pepcid so your staples can heal
Wear your binder ~ it really helps with pain
Can't wait to see your updates! good luck!!
Welcome, Chloe. You're young, but btter to lick this weight issue now than to live with it for decades like most of us have!
Welcome to the forum, Cloe! I have to agree with those who are concerned about your age. You have a long life ahead of you; please consider all your options thoroughly. That being said, I actually really enjoy the Atkins dutch chocolate and the Slim Fast low carb chocolate shake. I bought some whey protein - IsoPure. It's got 2g of carbs and 50g of protein. It's not bad. It isn't as bad as the other two shakes but has twice the protein. Good luck!
