Hotel is arranged!!

Hi everyone

I'm pleased to announce that I have negotiated a rate for us at the Tuscany Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas for the weekend of the 18/19/20 of May 2011.

Tuscany Hotel & Casino

Friday night and Saturday night are each $95 and Sunday night is $45 dollars. The hotel has also waived the daily resort fee rate of $13 per night per room. In order to get this rate I will be getting a group code to use when booking your room. I will have this later today.

The Tuscany is located to the east side about a mile off the strip. The rooms are all suites of 625+sf and offer either 2 double beds or 1 king bed. That request will be made when you make your booking.

In order to secure the booking you will call with a credit card number and will have to pay for 1 night plus taxes to hold the room. I have block booked 30 rooms for now based on the interest shown so far.

The hotel offers a beautiful resort type pool, a lap pool and fitness center, spa, restaurants, bars and a lounge area with live music and dancing area. It also has a really nice casino with 1c slot machines and $3 table games (yay)

I plan on arriving Friday morning and leaving on Monday morning. There are more things that I am arranging as far as sponsorships are concerned and will post more details as I get confirmations from my sponsors.

Thanks for doing this Michelle. I can't attend-however I will be on my 2nd motorcycle trip with my husband. Only this time will be different-I will be thinner! I am so looking forward to summer already. BTW-it is minus 44 here in beautiful North Pole, AK! I could use a little sunshine!
