I love avocados. They are filled with protein, but they are also filled with lots of fat. Here's the thing. I am almost one month post op, so I am still eating pureed foods. Avocado can be easy made into mush.
Is a small amount of avocado okay or should I really be staying away from it because it has so much fat? Or does avocado have the "good fat" in it?
