I was wondering, to anyone out there with an answer,
How do your hormone levels change as a result of the surgery? I'm currently having the worst case of PMS in a long time. I have PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) with a tendency to have horrendous menses. I've been on a low dose of progesterone at the beginning of each month for a few years now, and it has helped with the symptoms. I took it like I am supposed to, but my pms is terrible. The dr. did say I might be able to get off it soon once my body adjusts. But are hormones stored in the fat I'm losing? I have been a cranky, belligerent person, which is not like me. Will this end? and SOON!
Any advice or resources would help immensely.
Thanks,
